Guardian Global Peptides values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality products and service. Due to the nature of our products, all return requests are subject to review, inspection, and approval. Please carefully review this policy before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Guardian Global Peptides may accept returns of qualifying products when all of the following conditions are met:
• The return request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
• The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
• The vial has not been punctured, reconstituted, mixed, diluted, altered, or otherwise tampered with.
• The original label, lot number, QR code, and packaging remain intact and fully legible.
• The product shows no signs of misuse, contamination, damage, improper handling, or improper storage.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
All returns require prior authorization from Guardian Global Peptides.
Products returned without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:
• Reconstituted products.
• Mixed or diluted products.
• Opened or punctured vials.
• Products with damaged, removed, altered, or illegible labels.
• Products showing evidence of tampering or contamination.
• Products that have been improperly stored.
• Clearance, promotional, discounted, or final-sale items.
• Special-order or custom-order products.
• Products returned without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact Guardian Global Peptides before shipping any product back.
Return requests should include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Product name(s)
• Reason for return
• Photographs of the product and packaging if requested
Guardian Global Peptides reserves the right to request additional information before authorizing a return.
Approval of a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
• An incorrect item shipped by Guardian Global Peptides.
• A verified product defect.
• Shipping damage reported within the required timeframe.
Guardian Global Peptides recommends using a trackable shipping method. Guardian Global Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
Refund Approval & Inspection Requirement
No refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit will be issued until the returned product has been physically received and inspected by Guardian Global Peptides.
Receipt of a returned package does not constitute approval of a refund.
Upon receipt, returned products will undergo inspection to verify compliance with all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Inspection may include verification of:
• Product condition
• Packaging condition
• Label integrity
• Lot number verification
• Tamper evidence
• Signs of contamination
• Signs of improper storage or handling
Guardian Global Peptides reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether a returned product qualifies for a refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.
Products that fail inspection may be denied and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Restocking Fee
To help offset processing, inspection, handling, inventory management, and administrative costs associated with returned merchandise, all approved returns that are not the result of a shipping error, defective product, or order fulfillment mistake by Guardian Global Peptides may be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount issued to the customer.
The restocking fee will not apply when:
• Guardian Global Peptides shipped the incorrect product.
• A product is verified as defective upon inspection.
• A return is approved due to an error made by Guardian Global Peptides.
Guardian Global Peptides reserves the right to waive the restocking fee at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
If a return is denied following inspection, no refund will be issued and the product may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved following inspection:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
• Approved refunds will be issued less any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, return shipping charges, or other authorized deductions permitted under this policy.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the customer's financial institution.
Guardian Global Peptides reserves the right to issue store credit in lieu of a refund when appropriate.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Customers must notify Guardian Global Peptides within seven (7) days of delivery if they receive:
• A damaged product.
• A defective product.
• An incorrect product.
Customers may be required to provide photographs of:
• The product
• The shipping package
• Shipping label
• Lot number
• Any visible damage
Failure to report shipping damage or order discrepancies within seven (7) days may result in denial of the claim.
Refused Shipments & Undeliverable Packages
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to:
• Original shipping charges.
• Return shipping charges.
• Restocking fees of up to fifteen percent (15%).
These charges may be deducted from any approved refund.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Guardian Global Peptides directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with Guardian Global Peptides may result in:
• Suspension of future ordering privileges.
• Denial of future services.
• Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
• Referral to collections or legal remedies where permitted by law.
Guardian Global Peptides reserves all rights to contest fraudulent, abusive, or unwarranted chargebacks.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guardian Global Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, return, or inability to use any product purchased through our website.
The maximum liability of Guardian Global Peptides for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Policy Changes
Guardian Global Peptides reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Continued use of the website following any policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
